As the Independent Engineer, Logix Engineering Consultants is responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving engineering designs and construction work plans.
- Monitoring all engineering and construction activities throughout project execution.
- Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Verifying construction quality, workmanship, and material standards.
- Reviewing engineering documents and contractor submissions.
- Verifying Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) and contractor payment claims.
- Conducting regular site inspections and identifying technical issues.
- Recommending corrective actions to maintain quality and project performance.
- Preparing technical reports and providing independent recommendations to the Client.
